Only flossing the day before you go to the dentist is like starting to work out the day before a first date. Neither your dentist or date will be impressed.

Life is not always immediate.

  • Results
  • Gains
  • Change

It’s not fun to preface words like those with adjectives like these:

  • Slow
  • Gradual
  • Slothful

We buy workout machinery because of the results, gains, and change it will bring to our lives. We often don’t want to know it’s going to be a slow, gradual, downright slothful time to get to point B.

It’s funny how the important things in life can be on the slowest timelines.

  • Achieving better health.
  • Finding your spouse.
  • Raising a great family.

Good things are worth working like hell for. If you want something great, chances are it will take a great surrender to achieve it.

We better be willing to make the sacrifices, otherwise we’re not impressing much.

A little more about Eric Worral...

I try and separate the trivial from the important things in life. I believe the way we treat each other matters a great deal.
